If Harveywetdog did Wikipedia

In April 2020 and in the interest of legacy I wrote a Wikipedia entry recording the thoughts and notable works of Harveywetdog. I admit I was ignorant of the rules concerning self promotion on Wikipedia and consequently my entry was correctly deleted and my account expunged from the system. As a result my original words and links were sadly lost but nevertheless here is a rewrite. Perhaps when I'm gone someone will be able to enter it onto Wikipedia as a fitting epitaph for my time on the Harveywetdog Project.

Jumping and Style Championships Hartpury 2016

Here are the top 4 riders from the Open Competition head to head thanks to some careful editing with Adobe Premiere Pro. All riders pass the timing marker at the same instant.




JAS is British Eventing's form of indoor eventing


Jumping and Style (JAS) is run in the winter months and combines all aspects of eventing in one round of jumping. Riders are judged on style, with low scores indicating the best style, as they complete a round of show jumping followed by a round of timed cross country jumps. Penalties are awarded knock downs and refusals in both phases and for exceeding the time in the cross country phase. The lowest score of STYLE+SJ FAULTS + XC FAULTS + XC TIME FAULTS wins!
